What's your current goal? Do you want to change your health... your finances... your lifestyle? What's your goal? Write it out. Once you have a goal, it is somehow easier to achieve it. The Earth shifts, clouds move, monuments form... all so that your goals can come to life.
Sounds a bit trite, I know, but SET A GOAL! It's a little step, but as Geoffry Abert says, it's an important one!
