Take weight loss... if you want to lose weight, I challenge you to start a food journal and write down everything you consume (and what time of day) AT LEAST once a week. Commit to doing it for 1 month (at least 4 entries). You can do that, right?!?!?
A 2009 study conducted by the National Institute of Health asked 1600 people to do this one simple habit (Food Journaling once a week). No Exercise. No diet restrictions. No programs. Just Food journaling. At first it was hard, but after a short period of time, participants started realizing their eating patterns and started making changes to improve their health by planning ahead.
If you want to change, I encourage you to be motivated to create a NEW habit and STICK with it!
